• Apartment Maintenance Tech & Grounds Keeper NEEDED NOW!!

  There are two maintenance positions available for hire immediately. One is for a full-time (experienced only) apartment Maintenance Tech. The second is for a full-time Grounds Keeper. The positions are available as soon as employment screening is completed and approved.
  
  For the Maintenance Tech position, you would need to complete apartment turns in a timely manner, and keep up with work order requests.
  
  Both positions require you to pass a background check, drug test & criminal check.
  
  Reliable transportation is a must. On-call for emergencies may be required.
