  Seeking highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Birmingham area. Responsible for daily oversight of building operations including work orders, pool services, and general property clean-up. Position requires  verifiable building, residential or construction experience. Must be HVAC and CPO certified. Must be skilled in plumbing, punch out, electrical, painting, overall maintenance of apartments. Must have vehicle and tools. Outgoing, personable person wanted.
